updates visa and travel date

Hi everybody,

I’m back with some updates. This will be a shorter blog then before but it’s only some updates about my visa appointment and travel dates.
as I thought my visa appointment in June got cancelled. I got to make a new appointment but it’s not before September. I now have my appointment in the beginning of September. My host family is the sweetest because they will try to come over the time witch I'll be later.
the current au pair of my host family can stay longer than planned, she will be there until the mid-August. That gives some breath because than their only will be one month to overcome (if of course my visa appointment won’t get delayed again).

Al lot of people keep asking me if I’m frustrated about this. Actually I feel oke about this all. My parent are happy I’m not leaving because they want me to be safe. My parents are glad that I can’t travel and we are waiting for safer times to travel.
of course I’m sad that I can’t travel in May as planned but I want to stay healthy and safe I don’t want to bring my host family in danger by traveling now.

For now I don’t have a set travel date because everything is very unsure. As soon as the consulate is reopening and there is a possible chance of appointment I will try to reschedule but for now we keep the beginning of September in mind.
